Call for Israeli Technology Companies
The first Eilat-Eilot conference outside of Israel will take place in Duisburg, Germany, from June 30 to July 3, 2025. This event is jointly organized by Ortra, Eilat-Eilot, and the Israel Energy Community “Energycom.”
The conference will be held in collaboration with:

Objective
The conference aims to connect Israeli companies with German counterparts, including industrial entities, investors, utilities, and transportation companies. We invite Israeli technology companies with mature solutions and an interest in piloting their innovations with German clients or partners.

Selected companies will receive two complimentary conference tickets. Travel and accommodation expenses are not included.
Additionally, the Israel Export Institute and Foreign Trade Administration will organize a post-conference business program tour (registration required separately).
Companies that applied to the Ministry of Economy Growth Program last year and had their applications approved may choose to replace their entitlement to reimbursement with participation in this activity.
The submissions will be evaluated by the Energycom team, along with representatives from the Israel Export Institute, the Ministry of Energy & Infrastructure, and the Foreign Trade Administration.
Each selected company will receive a booth and deliver a 15-minute presentation on its technology or service. Additionally, B2B meetings with local companies will be arranged during the conference.
Required information and Criteria for Submission to be Reviewed and Evaluated:
- Submitter’s details:
- Name
- Mobile number
- Company name.
- Summary of the proposed technology/service.
- Technology Readiness Level (TRL) and readiness to implement a pilot in Germany.
- Estimated market potential for the technology/service.
- Proposed business model.
- Topic alignment: Specify which topic (from the list of conference topics mentioned above) the technology/service relates to.
- What is your competitive advantage in the German market, and which market segment does it target?
- Experience working internationally.
- Attach a presentation or supplementary materials for demonstration
