Conference Registration Payment Terms
Registration fees will be charged by Ortra Ltd. upon receipt of the registration form.
Payments will be refunded according to the cancellation policy.

Registration Cancellation Policy
For alterations of reservations or any other invoiced item an administrative charge of 35 € will be charged. Alternative participants are readily accepted for an administrative fee of 35 €.
Refund will be made if written notification of cancellation reaches the Conference Secretariat, Ortra Ltd. by email at sustainergy@ortra.com as follows:
Cancellation received within 14 days from the date of registration (unless registration was made during the 7 days prior to the conference) – Full refund less 35 € handling fee.
If cancellation is received 15 days or more from the date of reservation refund will be made as follows:
• Before 4 May 2025 – 100% refund of registration fees less 100 NIS handling fee.
• From 5 May 2025, until 4 June 2025 – 50% refund of registration fee
• From 5 June 2025 – No refund
Please note: The fee for conference participation will not be refunded, even in case of non-participation, if a cancellation notification is not received in time. A refused visa application is no reason for refund.
Force Majeure, Disclaimer
In case the event cannot be organized or is subject to change due to reasons which are outside of the sphere of responsibility of Ortra Ltd. (e.g. natural catastrophe, strike, pandemic or force majeure), no claim for refund of the (proportionate) registration fees or for compensation of any (financial) losses can be made. In the event of cancellation, Ortra or Eilat Eilot Renewal Energy Initiative have no obligation to meet the costs of any pre-booked accommodation or travel and it is recommended you take out appropriate insurance cover.
Important Notes
- Registration forms received without payment will not be processed.
- Each registrant should complete a separate registration form.
- Written confirmation will be sent upon receipt of registration form and full payment.
- The conference program is subject to change without prior notice.
- All inquiries, changes and cancellations should be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat at sustainergy@ortra.com.
General Terms of Participation
Publicity Policy
The participants are herewith informed that photos, videos and audio recordings of the attendees are being created at the event. Each registrant grants Sustainergy 2025 and/or the conference organizers the right to photograph/videotape participants and to use photographs/videos and names of attendees in materials and websites which either represent the proceedings of the conference or promote future conferences.
Barcode-Scanner Industry, Use of Data
The exhibitors may be provided with barcode-scanners. If the participants agree with the scan of the barcode printed on their name badge onsite, the exhibiting company receives name, surname, institute, city, country of the participants for the passing on of information material. If this is not desired, the participant should refuse the scan of his/her name badge onsite.
Liability
With paid registration, the participant acknowledges that she/he has no right to lodge claims against the conference organizers should the meeting be altered, hindered, or prevented by unexpected political or economic events, unpredictable forces of nature, speaker cancellations or other unforeseeable events.
Insurance
The organizers do not accept any responsibility for individual medical, travel or personal insurance. Delegates are strongly advised to have their own travel insurance policies to cover risks including (but not limited to) loss, cancellation, medical costs and injury. Sustainergy 2025 and/or the conference organizers will not accept any responsibility for any delegate failing to take out adequate insurance.
Visa Requirements
Registration confirmation letters for visa purposes will only be issued to participants who have completed the registration process and paid in full. Delegates may contact the Conference Secretariat to request a letter.
Applicable Law, Place of Performance and Jurisdiction
The laws of the country of Israel apply. To the extent allowed by law, Tel Aviv/Israel is the place of performance and jurisdiction for all claims.
