Head of the Renewable Energy Division at the Electricity Authority, Israel
Mr. Alaa Fakhuri is the Head of Renewable Energy Department in the Electricity Authority. Prior to his appointment he served Division Manager of Generation and Transmission licensing Department in the Electricity Authority. Before he entered the civil service, Alaa held a number of positions in the private sector in the fields of Electricity distribution in East Jerusalem Electricity Company and Renewable Energy Company . Alaa holds a(B.Sc.)& (M.Sc.) in Electrical Engineering and a (M.A) in Public Policy and Government.
