Yair Rubinstein Graduate of the Technion in Civil Engineering. Previously worked as a design Engineer at Tahal and for about 10 years served as CEO of TMNG, a consulting, engineering and EPC firm in the field of natural gas in Israel and abroad and also held a concession in a distribution company. Works in INGL since 2021, responsible for developing export projects, gas storage and switching to hydrogen. He is also responsible for the company’s innovation field.
